(Bangkok Post file photo)Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwon on Tuesday denied involvement in the establishment of a pro-military political party announced over the weekend by two Isan activists. The two claimed Lt Gen Tharakit Thabthongsit, the 2nd Army Region commander, represented Gen Prawit as co-founder of the party, reportedly to be a pro-military one. The two activists announced the establishment of the People‘s Sovereignty Party after Lt Gen Tharakit left.
